A very loaded question…and one that always seems so impossible to answer. I can give you the generic, “oh, I’m just an Artist born & raised in Nashville, TN”…I can give you the generic, “I’ve been drawing and painting ever since I was a child.” Or even the “This is a subject I’ve always been passionate about…” Though all of that is true, that won’t tell you anything….nothing of value anyway.

What I can tell you is that nothing drives me more insane, stresses me to no end, nor wakes me up in the middle of the night. There’s a certain level of madness that comes with being an Artist. It’s somehow in our nature to be of a tortured mind, whether that be by our own doing or by others.

My style and my process is very Yin & Yang. I’m fluid, yet ridged, soft & feminine, yet hard & rebellious. There are times where I like to drift outside the lines and then there are times when I tread lightly and move more decisively. I don’t ever see myself settling into one niche because ultimately, I like what I like and my style adapts solely to how I may be feeling in that moment. From drawing, to painting, photography and tattooing, nothing makes me feel more like me than when I’m creating and fully in my zone.
